Rentals are generally for 2-hour period, so please choose delivery and pick-up times accordingly.

Set-up cost is included. Delivery is free under 10 miles radius, 10+ miles is charged 2.99 per mile.

Yes, we require a 50 % deposit to secure your rental.

You must cancel 3 days (72 hours) prior to your EVENT date to get 50 % of deposit refunded.

No. Generators are rented separately. A blower is included to pump the inflatable. But if you need to rent a generator, please let us know in advance, for any outdoor location which don't have access to power.

Yes, we have full liability insurance included in the cost as shown in the website.
